Tips for Best Recordings

Make sure your camera/eyes aren't too close to objects constantly (otherwise you'll get dizzy)

Keep your head relatively still while recording (shaking your head too much will also make things dizzy)

Audio highly recommended ​
How to Upload Afterwards

If you edited your video on your laptop, upload it HERE

If you want to upload from your headset, find the video in your Meta Camera library and click 'Upload to Rival' in QGO​​​​​​​​
